Obituary for Knock Knock Jokes
KNOCK KNOCK JOKES
Death Notice/Eulogy
JOKES
KNOCK KNOCK, after 11 years of someone's life. We hope this is the end of "orange you glad I didn't say banana". We also realize that cows have better manners than to interrupt people midway through a question.
Knock Knock Jokes will remain beloved by people below the age of 11, and disliked by people older than 11. When you turn 11 let it be known that not as many people will laugh at your Knock Knock Jokes. Knock Knock Jokes are immortal but shall not be told as often once someone reaches middle school age. They were adorable when your child self was first learning to talk but now that you’re almost a teenager they have gotten stale. People will not find them as funny. In fact the demise of Knock Knock Jokes, can also be viewed as the beginning of developing a more mature sense of humor (if it exists). Knock Knock Jokes’ memory will be survived by people who have not learned this lesson yet, people who are younger than 11 years old, and by people who have young children, siblings, cousins, etc. Knock Knock Jokes will never die in principle, but it is a cardinal rule that they are usually not as funny when they are told by someone who is not considered a little kid any longer.
Relatives and friends are invited to a quiet celebration which is to occur immediately after said child turns 11. Celebrations will begin at midnight the day of the child’s 11th birthday.
